On special holidays like this one, we normally would get together with Chung, Efro, and other good friends to shoot some fireworks. Why do we do it? No real good reason…we do it just because it’s fun. There are a few things in life that is comparable to the exhilaration you get from lighting the fuse, waiting anxiously for it to shoot up, and finally watching the beautiful explosion take place way up in the air…it is so incredibly AWESOME!! Plus, life is short and we need to celebrate every chance we get!
There won’t be any fireworks today for us since everybody has something else planned. Life sometimes gets in the way. It’s okay though, because I am sure we’ll get together again on New Year’s Eve and do some serious damage. So instead, Alice and I are going to watch a movie tonight and play more Mario Cart Wii, which is going to be a blast too!
I went back to look at two weddings (Leslie & David and Jennifer & Brian) at Briscoe Manor to get my fireworks fix
