The power of referral is awesome. It is better than any form of advertisement as far as I can tell. Selena and Abe chose all the vendors that her friends had, and understandably so. Which would you trust more; some wedding magazine ad with flashy promises or a word-of-mouth referral by your friend saying how good they were? This wedding was just too cool, cuz we got to work with everybody we know!

Reverend Ron Ramey (worked with him on many weddings)
Gary from Crescent Video (also worked with him on many weddings)
Elena from Nikova Floral (florist for our own wedding)
Joe from JPL Entertainment (emcee for our own wedding as well)
Cake by Susie’s Cake, which is where Alice and I had our cake made too!
Also, a mutual friend of ours made a cool slideshow for them at the wedding.
If you go down to the very bottom of the blog, you can see that 3 of the vendors are actually on our favorites list already. How awesome is that??
Many family and friends were present to witness the exchange of vows between this gorgeous couple, Selena and Abe, at the beautiful and elegant Houstonian Hotel.
