Just a quick update on the previous blog. We have already received a lot of emails from TGO and Bella couples and are in the process of sorting through them. Just want to tell everyone to stay strong and positive. Don’t despair, we are here to help! Most of us are in the industry because we love weddings. We love to help make dreams come true for our couples!
As promised, here are some pictures from the second part of our honeymoon. This is such a intense part of the trip; we visited 7 different cities in 7 days!! We feel like we can also be a travel guides now that we have seen so many cool places. Give us a call if you need help planning your next trip

Our first stop was in Bari, Italy. We went on a shore excursion to check out the enchanted ancient city of Matera. This is where “Passion of the Christ” was filmed. The cool thing about this place is that these houses are dug in the tuff rock itself. Many of these houses are really only caverns and the streets are located on the rooftops of other houses.

Notice the empty gelato cup in Alice’s hand? Yup, we gotta have one even in this ancient city.

Yes, I was doing that a lot! Sometimes I forget to pay attention to Alice because I was too mesmerized by all the surroundings. She took this one to tease me…heehee…

Hey, I found Alice’s portrait on the wall in one of the houses

Next stop was Olympia, Greece. We went to the birth place of the Olympic Games. How cool is that???

It’s Greek to me!!
OK, I admit I recognize some of them from high school and college math classes. Yes, I know, I am a geek

Next stop was Santorini, Greece. This is THE reason we went on this cruise. The rest of the destinations were just bonuses, but we would’ve died if we had somehow missed this shore excursion!

I kept saying “Wow!” over and over again. We must be in heaven!

Amazing architectures!

The town of Oia (pronounced Yi-Ah). Must be the cutest place on earth.

That’s somebody’s place built on top of a church, looking out at the breathtaking Agean Sea.

After I took this picture I saw a postcard that looks exactly like it at a nearby souvenir shop. (Pat myself on the back!)

Doorway to heaven? No, just a hotel, but might as well be heaven. That’s our ship way in the back.

This interesting looking guy is running the donkey/horse ride business for taking people down to the dock. I went up to ask him to see if we can take a picture with him and the horses. He was like, “No pictures! Pictures? You pay!!” So rude… Alice got the picture anyway…haha

After a very short stay at Santorini, our ship sailed to Mykonos just in time for the sunset. We felt adventurous and rented an ATV. I look like a little boy with that big helmet sitting on it…hahaha…

Mykonos is also known as “Little Venice”

Next stop, Rhodes, Greece.

These cool pebble rock floors were all over the town. If people were to get it done today it would cost $300 Euros a square meter!

Last stop before returning to Venice, Dubrovnik, Croatia. This is a picture of a monastery.

It would be so cool if I can have this at my house!

That’s our new friends Sergio and Ruben! We kept running into them on several of the shore excursions. We ran into them again last night of the cruise and decided to sit down and have a chat. We had a blast!! We even talked about going on an European trip together again and have them as our travel guide
They highly recommend Prague. We will definitely want to go there next time we are in Europe.

I love pictures during twilight, makes everything look so BLUE!
