Even though there are 1000 things going on here and our brains are constantly getting stuffed with information, we can’t help but being so relaxed and wanting to take everything slow in this cool little town named Carefree. It’s a good thing we are only here till Friday, otherwise we will start to fall in love with this place and never wanna leave. Then who is going to take our bride’s pictures back in Houston??![]()
Oh, you are going to get a kick out of this. We got a voicemail in our hotel room today from the IT management of Carefree Resort. They somehow stumbled upon our preview blog post and loved the pictures we took and would like to use them for their slideshows and other PR stuff. How cool is that?? Of course we agreed! We always jump at any opportunity that we get to put our name out there.
This is the entrance to our little village. It’s like a subdivision in a big community with it’s own gate.

Alice looks even smaller next to this huge cactus! They are everywhere too!!

I took a walk around our villa and look what I found! I love the tree and its shadow on the building.

This guy is probably two stories tall!

Cool architecture at our villa, totally different from everything we see in TX.

This is actually the view from the back porch of our room. WOW!!!

Another view of the villa. Oh…have you noticed the sky is super blue?? I heard it’s like that 352 days a year!!

Here we are at the Imaging USA. Notice the man in black flipping through an album. Do you recognize that? Hint: Wedding with butterflies.

TA DA!!! Collages.net adores our album design from Kristen and Donald’s wedding so much that they made 3 albums to showcase at their humongous booth for other professional photographers. We are so thrilled!

We also found a nice surprise. Our cute couple, Roni and Lisa, was also featured on their wall.

Look at the size of that 600mm lens!

Here we are back again to the resort for more pictures.

Yup, sunset is always gorgeous here. There are a lot of noise on this picture because it was taken with a crappy little point and shoot. Still, it turned out pretty cool!

We are planning to taking a day trip to Sedona on Thursday. I heard the scenery is spectacular, so be sure to check back for those pictures!
