Well…it’s time to leave my home again. During the wee hours of tomorrow morning we will need to wake up and get ready to ride the high-speed rail to the international airport. I am feeling sad leaving my parents cuz it’s not often I get to come visit them. It’s not like I can hop on the plane to come visit them just for a weekend. I wish there was an easier way going across the globe.
On the other hand, I miss all the fun we have at weddings! I am excited to be back. We don’t have to wait long at all…our next wedding is on Valentine’s Day!

Japanese Ramen bigger than Alice’s face
We visited an old temple near the night market. According to the Chinese tradition, at the very beginning of a new year, when there is a bright full moon hanging in the sky, there should be thousands of colorful lanterns hung out for people to appreciate. This is the year of Ox so — an ox lantern!

Back to night market: It is very hard to pick from all these tasty food stands. Everything look so good that we want to try it all!

More good stuff! Another one of the popular stands at this night market. They only sell what you see here, small biscuit wrapped with big biscuit. Some of the flavors are peanut, taro, sesame, pepper, and red bean!
Can you tell how bored I was when Alice was shopping?? HAHAHA! She did a lot of it too…my poor legs.
