You thought PV wedding part 2 was up next right? We did too…haha!! Yesterday was my birthday, I must do a blog about it cuz it was such a cool day!!
WOW, that was some birthday! Thank you everybody for sending me happy birthday wishes!!! Also, thanks to facebook, I got the most birthday wishes ever this year. Alice said to me, “Hey…how come you are getting all these birthday wishes from mostly girls?? I am jealous!!!” HAHA…so funny! I can’t help it if all our brides wants to be my friend
One of them asked me on facebook if I was going to take the day off. I told her no, because we had a bridal later in the afternoon. I also said that you know how pro athletes perform incredibly well on their birthdays and we might just have a home run shoot.
Our bride, Emily, helped Alice and I hit a home run!!! She was incredible. Not only is she gorgeous, it was so much fun to hang out with her. She really made our job extra easy. Oh…she was super sweet too! A bride already have too much to think about on the day of her bridal shoot, she went out of her way and got me a birthday card!! I was so touched! Thank you so much Emily and Miguel!!!

After the shoot, I thought we were just going to go out for bday dinner and call it a day. But noooooo….Alice tricked me again. Somehow she always pulls it off every year. I guess I am just as gullible as always. She took me to a circus, Artania!! That was a wonderful surprise because I love horses!!

I am sure you all remember Laura and Mikey. They were one of the unfortunate couples who signed up with Tuscany Villa and lost all their reception money. We decided to help them out by giving them free wedding photography coverage in March. This picture was taken during their first-sight. We highly recommend it because it is always a super sweet moment and the couples get to enjoy it all by themselves
We met up today to give Laura the digital negatives. To show how much she appreciates what we did for her, she baked a world famous Laura’s Cheesecake for us! Perfect timing! She didn’t even know it was my birthday yesterdayWe kept telling her she should open up her own bakery because she would do so well!! OMG, it’s a piece of art, and it tastes so good!! You know what else she said??!! She said we have a life-time supply of Laura’s Cheesecake….wow!
Thank you everyone for making it such a memorable birthday for me. It’s going to be tough to top this one! But who knows…Alice is amazing, our brides and friends are all amazing too. It might just get better and better every year =)
