Normally a couple books us anywhere from 8 months to a year in advance to secure their date with their favorite photographers – Alice + Eric + Team
However, Heather loves us so much that she actually booked two years in advance!! Just kidding! We go way back. We actually met for the first time in early 2007, but due to some complicated church rules Heather and Casey had to keep pushing the date back. We waited for this wedding for a LONGGG time– so long that Heather’s cousins, the three Shiner sisters: Jenny, Jamie, and Jill were either married or engaged. By the time Heather’s wedding came around, they are like family to us!
Below are some highlights of this gorgeous couple’s big day. Also, special thanks to Efro for helping out at this wedding!!
Here we are at Sweet Home, TX, just a few minutes from Shiner. What a cute little church!
Heather checking herself out while getting dressed with the help of her sister.
How can anyone look so amazing while hanging out and chatting with the girls??
You know, I have never seen a dad put on the shoes for the daughter he is about to give away. This is a touching moment!
It’s nice when churches don’t mind where we stand. We can get nice expressions like when the groom sees the bride for the first time walking down the aisle.
Here we are again at the only hall in Shiner! It’s the same place where Jenny had her reception. We will be back again in April for Jamie’s wedding and again in June for Jill’s!
Such cute centerpiece and candles for the entrance!
Cowboys and cowgirls were everywhere
One of my favorite things to photograph during a wedding is the Grand March. People just have too much fun with it!
First dance. Love the flares created by the light!
Heather can dance! Jamie and Robert is cheering them on in the back.
A group hug with Heather’s mom, sister and the 3 Shiner sisters and their mom. Makes me smile when I see great moments like this!
Also, take a look at their fun engagement pictures in Austin. One of them was featured on Collages.net’s blog!!
Don’t forget to check out our other weddings or contact us with any questions.
