We are back from our trip! and of course we had an amazing time!! In just a few days, we saw everything from a super cool city, to snow covered mountains and rocky beaches. Big thanks to Efro’s awesome trip planning skills and Alice’s internet hotel deal hunting expertise, we covered almost 2000 miles of fun and only put a tiny dent on our piggy banks. It was nice to have Efro and Roni coming with us. We not only shared some good times together, one definite big plus is we have a professional photographer following us the entire trip
There are a lot of cool pictures (including Efro’s pictures), so I am making this a two-part blog. Here is part 1:
This is a must-go stop when visiting Seattle.
World Famous Pike Place Fish! Flying fish just like on TV and books (circled in red).
Top left: those are some HUGE eggs! Bottom right: that’s one ugly monk fish!
Another place that people have to check out when they go to Seattle, the first Starbucks!
Same old Starbucks coffee, but I guess people just gotta have one from the original store
Next day we headed to Olympic National Park. There is Efro and Roni!
The rainforest is super cool and it’s definitely something we don’t get to see in Texas!
What a goofy couple!
Love this massive quadruple waterfall! See tiny people on the top right corner? It’s like 7 stories deep!
That’s me trying to act all cool.
HAHA!!
It was hard to find a restroom. When you do find one, the smell can make you faint. But when you gotta go, it doesn’t matter any more!
Efro’s pano of Second Beach at Olympic National Park. I love it!!
I saw Roni picked up a stick…I couldn’t resist…
Some one had built a “tub”…Alice was ready for a bath. Cute!
This almost looks like a scene in Lord of the Ring or something. That mountain peak peeking out in the back I believe is Mt Olympus!
Part 2 should be posted really soon, be sure to come back because it gets better from here.
Also, see our weddings or contact us with any questions.
