Rinita and Kwami had an Indian wedding and a western wedding all in one day at West Loop Marriott Hotel, just couple minutes from The Galleria. Thanks to DJ Rocky (who also did the day-off coordination) and Smita Patel (The decorator), the entire day went super smooth. It was beautiful wedding and for sure everyone had a great time!! Here are some of the great moments and details from the big day!

This is a great idea. DJ Rocky had everyone got off their seats as soon as the bride and groom made their grand entrance. It sure got the party going fast!!

Dad is a funny man! One of the things he said was something like, “Being the father of the bride, I just have to do three things to make the wedding a success: show up, shut up, and pay up!” and the crowd roars!!!

We first met Maggie and Claus at Felicia and Andy’s wedding on Valentine’s Day couple years back. Maggie and Claus are very soft spoken, a little shy, and probably the nicest people you’ll ever meet. The wedding was held at St Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and Fung’s Kitchen, two of the most popular wedding venues in Houston. They like our style because we focus on capturing the natural and real moments. Our philosophy is that the wedding day belongs to the bride and groom, not the photographers. We usually do such a good job of staying out of people’s way that they could hardly notice we were there. It’s always fun to sneak up on people and take a shot without them ever knowing

Johanna and Jimmy don’t need any introductions. By now, their wedding pictures should be all over Texas in bookstores, newsstands, and grocery stores. Basically, anywhere that carries The Knot Texas Magazine. The wedding was so amazing, and it wouldn’t happen without some of the Houston’s prestigious vendors including Alden Hotel, Darryl and Co, Plants n Petals, The Perfect Face, International DJ Sounds, Cakes by Gina, and etc. So many of them wanted their wedding images for their portfolio. We are very lucky to be a part of this incredible day and able to capture all the wonderful moments on “film”!

The wedding preparation started in the morning at the bride’s home. What a gorgeous Amsale gown!
