Museum of Natural Science and Holy Rosary Wedding Photography – Christine + John

Christine + John are both super busy lawyers! During our first consultation they couldn’t even be there because of work, instead we met with Christine’s parents Ileana + Larry. Although Christine + John couldn’t meet with us, they were pretty much convinced because they had already heard great things about us from their friends who have used us. They only sent mom and dad to make sure we are not some crazy people. HAHA!!

We believe Christine + John and our photography style are a match made in heaven. They can’t stand posing for pictures, and we love to shoot photo journalistically (if that’s even a word). To make the moms and the dads happy we still shot some group pictures, but no more than 30 minutes out of the 8 hour wedding day! It was great, we went about our own business and didn’t have to bother anybody The wedding day started at the magnificent Holy Rosary Catholic Church with the reception at the beautiful Houston Museum of Natural Science. Christine was SO nervous minutes before the ceremony and almost had a nervous breakdown. Good thing Jessica with Green Lily Events was there to calm her down. She is wonderful!

John saw her bride for the first time!

Holy Rosary is one of our favorite churches to shoot in Houston.

Childrens Museum Houston Engagement Photography – Thuy + John

Meet Thuy and John! Thuy is a high school teacher, her subject is programming — very smart girl! Her friends call her Tweety. Yes, like Tweety Bird. John owns Burger Tex, a popular hamburger joint in Northwest Houston. The buns are made fresh twice every day and the hamburgers are to die for! The two of them together make a great couple and they are suuuch a blast to be around! We had a wonderful time hanging out with them at the Childrens Museum and Houston Museum of Natural Science for their engagement session. Check it out!

This is one of the coolest things I have ever seen. All the kids have a crazy good time climbing in it.

Hamburgers and hot dogs!! Of course we have to do a shot here in the “Diner”!

They are a big fan of a hip hop dance crew called Jabbawockeez. They even incorporated it in their wedding. You will see when we post their wedding pictures.

BTW, if you are into burgers, you have to give John’s Burger Tex a try. We had it…it was SOOO good!

Butterfly Center Houston Engagement Photography – Courtney + Adam

Here is another fun engagement session for you at the Houston Museum of Natural Science. We were so glad Courtney and Adam liked the idea of having the engagement shoot indoors, because it was going to be super hot that day. We probably would’ve melted if we had to stand outside for more than 5 minutes. The butterfly center is a perfect location for this kind of situation. It’s indoors with outdoor lighting, very cool! Museum of Natural Science Engagement Photography – Christine + John

We shot Christine and John’s engagement session during one of the hottest days in Houston. Many of you probably know that we usually like to have the session outdoor, but in order to stay away from the crazy heat we decided to have it at the Houston Museum of Natural Science! Boy, we had a blast with the dinosaurs and the gem room!

Diamonds are girls best friend!

HAHAHA…cracks me up everytime I see this!
